- Connect Shopify — Wismify reads orders in real time to answer “where is my order?” automatically.
Your first 15 minutes
- Log in to your dashboard at cx.wismify.com.
- Connect your first channel — usually your support inbox. See Connect your first channel.
- Teach the AI your brand voice so drafts sound like you.
- Invite a teammate or two from Settings → Team (see Invite your team & roles).
- Reply to a real ticket using Cowriter to see the AI in action.
Tip: Start with the AI in draft mode. Review its replies for a few days, then turn on auto-resolution for the topics you trust.
