Get started with Analytics Pro

Analytics Pro is Wismify’s advanced reporting suite. It goes beyond basic counts to show trends, team performance, AI impact and customer satisfaction over time.

What you can track

  • Ticket volume by channel, tag and time.
  • First-response and resolution times.
  • AI impact — how many tickets were auto-resolved and drafted by Cowriter.
  • CSAT satisfaction scores and trends.

Open it

Go to Analytics in the sidebar. Use the date range and filters at the top to slice the data, then drill into any chart.

Tip: Turn a view you check often into a saved report in Informes so it is one click away.
