Connect your first channel

Channels are how customer messages reach Wismify. You can connect as many as you like — every message lands in the same shared inbox, tagged by source. Most teams start with their support email.

How to add a channel

  1. Open Settings → Channels in your dashboard.
  2. Click Add channel and pick the type.
  3. Follow the secure authorization flow (you may be redirected to Google, Microsoft or Meta to grant access).
  4. Once connected, new messages start flowing into your inbox within a minute.

Good to know: Wismify never stores your mailbox password. Email is connected through the provider’s official OAuth so you can revoke access at any time.
