How Cowriter works

Cowriter is Wismify’s AI writing assistant. You give it a hint — even just “offer refund, apologize” — and it writes a complete reply in your brand voice, using the full context of the conversation.

Using Cowriter

1. Open any ticket in your inbox.
2. Click Cowriter in the reply box, or start typing and accept the suggestion.
3. Optionally add a short instruction (tone, key points, a discount to offer).
4. Review the draft, edit anything you like, and send.

What makes it accurate

• It reads the whole thread, not just the last message.
• It follows your brand voice rules and signature.
• For Shopify stores, it can pull live order data into the reply.
• It can write in the customer’s language — see one-click translations.
