Invite your team & manage roles

Wismify is built for teams. Invite colleagues and assign each a role so everyone has the right level of access.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite member and enter their email.
  3. Choose a role.
  4. Send the invite — they’ll get an email to join.

Roles

  • Administrator — full access, including team, billing and settings.
  • Agent — works in the inbox on assigned conversations.
  • Views and reports in Informes can be scoped per role, including personal views per employee.

Tip: Keep the number of administrators small. Give most people the agent role and grant admin only when needed.
