Set up your brand voice

Your brand voice is the set of instructions the AI uses when it writes. A few minutes here makes Cowriter drafts and auto-resolution replies feel like they came from your team.

What to configure

  • Tone — friendly, formal, playful, concise… pick what fits your brand.
  • Language — the default language for replies (the AI can still translate per conversation).
  • Signature & greeting — how you open and close messages.
  • Do’s and don’ts — words to avoid, policies to always mention, links to include.

Set it up

  1. Go to Settings → Brand voice.
  2. Write a short description of your brand and how you like to speak to customers.
  3. Add any fixed rules (e.g. “always offer a discount code on delayed orders”).
  4. Save. New AI drafts immediately follow the updated voice.

Tip: Paste two or three of your best real replies as examples. The AI learns your style faster from concrete examples than from adjectives.
