Build a report in Informes

Informes is Wismify’s report builder. It lets you assemble exactly the metrics and breakdowns you care about into a reusable view — no spreadsheets required.

Build a report

  1. Open Informes from the sidebar and click New report.
  2. Pick the metrics (volume, response time, CSAT, AI resolution rate…).
  3. Add filters and group by channel, tag, agent or period.
  4. Save it with a name so you (and your team) can reopen it anytime.

Tip: Reports respect roles — you can build a personal view for yourself or a shared one for the team. See roles.

For ready-made dashboards, start with Analytics Pro and save the views you use most into Informes.
