Navigating your dashboard

Everything in Wismify lives behind one clean dashboard at cx.wismify.com. Here is what each area does.

Main areas

  • Inbox / Tickets — every conversation across all channels, with AI suggestions inline.
  • Tasks — follow-ups and to-dos the AI or your team have flagged.
  • Analytics — volume, response times, CSAT and Analytics Pro dashboards.
  • Informes — the report builder for custom views.
  • Settings — channels, brand voice, team, billing and security.

Tip: The sidebar is collapsible and remembers your preference. Use the theme toggle at the bottom to switch between light and dark.

Keyboard-friendly

Most lists support quick keyboard navigation, and the top search jumps straight to any ticket. If you can’t find something, the FAQ covers the most common questions.
