This guide is for merchants who install Wismify from the Shopify App Store. Wismify turns your support emails into tickets, classifies them with AI, answers order questions with your live Shopify data and helps your team with the rest.

Get started in 4 steps

  1. Install Wismify from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
  2. Pick a plan. The charge is approved and billed by Shopify (how Shopify billing works). Your first subscription includes a free trial.
  3. You are signed in automatically — no extra account or password needed.
  4. Connect your support inbox in Settings → Email (Gmail or Microsoft 365). New emails arrive as tickets; the AI classifies each one and replies, or drafts a reply, using your order data and your brand voice.

Growth — $790/month or $7,900/year

  • Everything in Starter
  • 1,000 tickets and 12,000 AI tokens per month
  • Analytics Pro: KPI dashboard, per-agent performance, KPI targets, PDF/Excel export and per-user access
  • 10-day free trial

Enterprise — $1,790/month or $17,900/year

  • Everything in Growth
  • 3,000 tickets and 35,000 AI tokens per month
  • Automations: a visual workflow editor with triggers, conditions and actions
  • Priority support
  • 15-day free trial

Extra usage

  • Monthly plans: tickets over your monthly quota are billed through Shopify at $0.75 (Starter), $0.50 (Growth) or $0.25 (Enterprise) each.
  • Annual plans: buy prepaid ticket packs at the same price per ticket; they never expire.
  • AI tokens: one-time packs of 1,000 ($12), 5,000 ($50) or 10,000 ($90). If you run out, support keeps working; only AI drafting pauses until you top up.

Channels in this version

The Shopify App Store version works with email (Gmail and Microsoft 365). Instagram, live chat, WhatsApp and AI voice are not included in this version.
