Connect your Gmail inbox
Connecting Gmail (or Google Workspace) brings your support emails into Wismify as tickets, and lets you reply from the same address your customers already know.
Before you start
- Use the mailbox you want customers to write to (e.g.
support@yourbrand.com). - You need permission to authorize apps for that Google account.
Connect it
- Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Gmail.
- Sign in with Google and review the requested permissions.
- Approve access. Wismify uses Google’s official OAuth — your password is never shared.
- New emails begin arriving as tickets within a minute; recent history is imported too.
Good to know: Outbound replies are sent through your own Google infrastructure, so they land in your customers’ inboxes from your real address. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account.
