Buy extra ticket & token packs
If you need more capacity than your plan includes, you can buy prepaid packs — without upgrading your whole plan.
Two kinds of packs
- Ticket packs (annual plans) — extra resolved conversations added to your balance.
- AI token top-up packs — extra tokens for Cowriter, translations, auto-resolution and other AI features.
Packs never expire. Prepaid tickets and tokens stay in your balance until you use them — they don’t reset at the end of the month.
How to buy
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose Buy extra packs and select a ticket or token pack.
- Confirm. The balance is added immediately and used only after your monthly quota is spent.
