Connect Microsoft 365

Wismify connects to Microsoft 365 (Outlook / Exchange Online) through the Microsoft Graph API, so your support mailbox flows in as tickets and replies go out from your own address.

Before you start

  • Have the Microsoft 365 mailbox you use for support ready.
  • An admin may need to approve the connection depending on your tenant settings.

Connect it

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Microsoft 365.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  3. Review and grant the requested Graph permissions.
  4. Tickets start syncing right away.

Note: Like Gmail, this uses official OAuth via Microsoft Graph. No password is stored and access can be revoked from your Microsoft account.
