How Shopify billing works

If you installed Wismify from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed securely through Shopify Billing — it appears on your regular Shopify invoice, so there is no separate card to enter with us.

What this means

  • Charges are approved and collected by Shopify, on your Shopify billing cycle.
  • Plan changes and extra packs are confirmed through Shopify’s approval screen.
  • You manage the payment method in your Shopify admin.

Direct customers: If you signed up directly at wismify.com rather than through Shopify, you’re billed by card instead. Everything else works the same.
