Connect WhatsApp
Connect a WhatsApp Business number so those conversations arrive in your Wismify inbox alongside email and chat, with the same AI assistance.
What you need
- A WhatsApp Business account and a phone number for it.
- Access to the associated Meta Business account to authorize the connection.
Connect it
- Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → WhatsApp.
- Authorize through Meta and select your WhatsApp Business number.
- Confirm. Incoming WhatsApp messages now appear as tickets.
Note: WhatsApp is provided by Meta and is subject to their messaging rules and any applicable fees. Availability depends on your Meta Business setup.
