Add live chat to your website

The Wismify chat widget lets website visitors start a conversation instantly. Chats become tickets, and the AI can suggest or send replies just like any other channel.

Set it up

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Live chat.
  2. Customize the widget colour, greeting and position.
  3. Copy the provided snippet and paste it before </body> on your site.
  4. Publish. The widget appears and new chats flow into your inbox.

Tip: Enable auto-resolution for common questions so the widget can answer instantly, day and night, and escalate the rest to your team.
