Connect your Shopify store

Connecting Shopify gives Wismify secure, real-time read access to your orders. The AI can then answer “where is my order?”, share tracking, and confirm order details automatically — without your team looking anything up.

Connect your store

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Shopify, or install Wismify from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Approve the requested read permissions for orders and customers.
  3. Wismify links each conversation to the matching customer and their recent orders.
