Change or cancel your plan

You can change your plan at any time as your needs grow or shrink. Here is how, and what to expect.

Change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose Change plan and pick the new tier.
  3. Confirm. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle.

Cancel

From the same billing screen, choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, so you keep access until then. Shopify merchants cancel through Shopify.

Prepaid packs: Any prepaid ticket or token packs you bought never expire, but access to the platform ends when your subscription lapses.
