Translate replies in one click

Wismify detects the language of each incoming message and can translate both the customer’s message and your reply in one click — so a small team can support customers worldwide.

How to use it

  1. Open a ticket written in another language.
  2. Click Translate to read it in your working language.
  3. Write your reply (or use Cowriter).
  4. Click translate again to send it in the customer’s language.

Tip: Set your default reply language in brand voice. Translation only overrides it per conversation when needed.
