Translate replies in one click
Wismify detects the language of each incoming message and can translate both the customer’s message and your reply in one click — so a small team can support customers worldwide.
How to use it
- Open a ticket written in another language.
- Click Translate to read it in your working language.
- Write your reply (or use Cowriter).
- Click translate again to send it in the customer’s language.
Tip: Set your default reply language in brand voice. Translation only overrides it per conversation when needed.
