Our subprocessors
To deliver Wismify we rely on a small, closed list of vetted subprocessors, each bound by a data processing agreement and appropriate transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework where relevant). This list is Annex II of our DPA.
Current subprocessors
- Supabase (AWS
eu-central-1) — application database and infrastructure, EU. - Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting, Germany (EU).
- Anthropic — AI model provider.
- OpenAI — AI model provider.
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for Alba.
- Twilio — telephony for the voice line.
- Stripe — card payments for direct customers.
- Google / Microsoft — used only to connect your own email (Gmail / Microsoft 365).
- Meta — WhatsApp messaging, where enabled.
Note: The authoritative, always-current list lives in Annex II of your DPA. We notify customers of material changes as described there.
