As a Data Processor, Wismify helps you honour data-subject rights — access, rectification, and erasure — for the personal data we process on your behalf.
Ways to delete data
- In the app — delete individual conversations or customer records directly from the inbox.
- On request — ask us to assist with a specific data-subject erasure request.
- End of contract — on termination, data is deleted or returned as set out in the DPA.
How to make a request
Email privacy@wismify.com with the details. We assist with data-subject rights within 3 business days.
Note: If the request comes from one of your customers, it usually reaches us through you as the Controller. We act on your documented instructions.
