Request a DPA

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out, in contract form, how Wismify processes personal data on your behalf under GDPR Art. 28. We make one available to every customer.

How to get it

• The DPA is provided during onboarding and is available on request at any time.
• You can read the current version online at wismify.com/dpa.html.
• For a countersigned copy or questions, email legal@wismify.com.

What it covers

• The scope, purpose and duration of processing.
• Security measures and breach notification (within 48 hours to your DPO).
• International transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
• The list of subprocessors (Annex II).
