Set up your Alba voice line

Setting up Alba means connecting a phone number and telling her how to greet and handle callers. Voice is an add-on capability — talk to us if it isn’t enabled on your plan.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Voice.
  2. Choose a new phone number or connect an existing one.
  3. Record or generate a greeting and set your business hours.
  4. Choose when Alba answers — always, after hours, or on overflow.
  5. Save and place a test call.

Tip: Set the languages Alba should speak so she can greet callers appropriately. Configure exactly how she routes and escalates in Configure how Alba handles calls.
