We welcome responsible disclosure from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Wismify, please tell us so we can fix it.
How to report
- Email security@wismify.com with a clear description.
- Include steps to reproduce and any proof-of-concept.
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
Please: Investigate in good faith. Do not access other people’s data, degrade the service, or run destructive tests.
Our commitment
We run periodic security reviews and maintain 24/7 incident response. Confirmed critical issues affecting customer data are notified to the relevant Controller within 48 hours. See our Security & Privacy page for details.
