What you can ask
- Summarize a long or messy ticket thread.
- Find similar past conversations and how they were resolved.
- Draft an internal note or a reply and refine it.
- Get quick answers about your own policies and setup.
Note: MYFY is for your team, not your customers. For customer-facing AI replies use Cowriter and auto-resolution.
