MYFY is Wismify’s internal AI assistant for your team. Ask it about a customer, a policy, or how to do something in the app, and it answers using your workspace context.

What you can ask

  • Summarize a long or messy ticket thread.
  • Find similar past conversations and how they were resolved.
  • Draft an internal note or a reply and refine it.
  • Get quick answers about your own policies and setup.

Note: MYFY is for your team, not your customers. For customer-facing AI replies use Cowriter and auto-resolution.
